Background-checked Mount Olivet technicians · 24/7 dispatch
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every Mount Olivet technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Mount Olivet crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Mount Olivet calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Mount Olivet homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Mount Olivet crews handle most.
A flooded Mount Olivet basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.
